Enjoy the experience of a lifetime as you travel along Australia's beautiful East Coast on a late model Motorcycle. Your Self-guided Motorcycle Tour will take you to idyllic coastal towns dotted along the coast line, National Parks, Scenic Country towns, Rural Landscapes and Premier Wine Country on some of the best roads the country has to offer. Enjoy great accommodation in some fabulous locations. This journey's riding will take you through coastal and country towns starting in Queensland and finishing in New South Wales Australia.

DAY ONE:  Brisbane - Surfers Paradise 191kms

This morning pick up your late model motorcycle at EagleRider Brisbane to begin your riding adventure to Sydney NSW. Your start by riding south through Tamborine Mountain National Park to Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland. You will encounter breathtaking scenery and views, abundant wildlife and clean mountain air. There’s a strong cottage industry at the top of the mountain, so stop at the Gallery Walk for lunch. Enjoy the local arts and crafts stores, with cafes or top-class restaurants. After lunch continue down the mountain heading to Canungra for a stop at The Outpost Cafe a favourite stop for motorcyclists. Then riding through the Lamington National Park to the famous Gold Coast. Your first night is in Surfers Paradise Gold Coast QLD. Enjoy great food and bars with a great holiday atmosphere.

DAY TWO:  Surfers Paradise - Byron Bay 235 kms

After your breakfast depart the Gold Coast. We suggest stopping at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary to get up close and personal with some of the world's most unique wildlife including friendly Lemurs, Cotton-top tamarins, Red pandas, Capybaras along with free-flying birds and exotic reptiles. Continue through Wollumbin National Park (Mt Warning) to Nimbin NSW. Nimbin itself is a throwback to the 70’s. It’s extremely small, with brightly-painted buildings, handicrafts, shops & cafes. After a break you ride to the Seaside town of Byron Bay. This town is so popular for a number of reasons: Beautiful Beaches with great surf breaks are some of the best in the world, Visit Cape Byron is the Australian mainland’s most easterly point. Byron Bay is located near sub-tropical rainforest on the east coast of Australia. It has one of the highest number of artists and artisans as residents in Australia Byron's town centre is home to a host of cafés, Restaurants and Bars.

DAY THREE:  Byron Bay - Port Macquarie 391 kms

Todays journey is travelling south to the coastal town of Port Macquarie. A suggestion is to stop on the way at Ballina. Ballina is a bustling holiday town & home of the Big Prawn, one of Australia's iconic big things. Continue down to a place called Ulmarra. Visiting Ulmarra is like stepping back in time as the village remains one of the finest examples of a 19th Century river port in Australia. The colonial style of the Commercial Hotel attracts considerable comment as it nestles on the banks of the Clarence River. In the nearby village of Tucabia is a private museum that is a real historical attraction with vintage tractors and farm machinery, old style buildings and a fascinating range of rural memorabilia. Then its on to the beautiful scenic town of Port Macquarie NSW known for its beaches, wildlife and penal colony past also home to abundant wildlife, seasonal dolphins and whales visit offshore at certain times in the year.

DAY FOUR:  Port Macquarie - Pokolbin ‐ Hunter Valley 211 kms

Today you will travel through scenic countryside towns along the Pacific Ocean coastline, this scenic ride takes you through some of the most striking landscapes in NSW. Stop at Coffs Harbour for a coffee then Bulahdelah for lunch. After lunch ride to the Hunter Valley. The beautiful Pokolbin located in Australia's premier wine country of the Hunter Valley. Your resort awaits you.

DAY FIVE:  Pokolbin ‐ Hunter Valley  0 kms

Enjoy your extra day exploring the Hunter Valley. There are many local attractions including excellent Wine tasting tours, taking you to famous wineries and cheese factories. Buses pick up and drop off from your resort. Take a stroll through the Hunter Botanic Gardens. Book a Air Balloon flight over the Valley or horse riding in Chapman Valley. An extra night's stay in your lakeside resort is included to avoid the chance of riding while enjoying alcohol.

DAY SIX:  Hunter Valley - Blue Mountains 269 kms

Today's adventure rides through the picturesque Yango and Wollemi National Parks riding south to Putty. Stop for lunch at Grey Gums Cafe 8679 Putty Rd Putty this is a great stopping point which has been well set up specifically for motorcyclists and can be quite busy on weekends with riders getting together as part of their ride through the picturesque Blue Mountains National Park, past Mount Tomah, through Bells Line of Road, continue along the Putty Road to Wollemi National Park then on to Katoomba. Head towards Katoomba set amidst the Blue Mountains precinct. Take in the breathtaking views of the Three Sisters rock formation with time to experience regional attractions including Jenolan Caves and Scenic World Blue Mountains.

DAY SEVEN:  Blue Mountains - Parramatta - Sydney 95 kms

After breakfast your ride to Parramatta is about an hour away, so why not checkout some of the fantastic sites in the Blue Mountains. Visit the Three Sisters Lookout at Echo Point, EagleHawk Lockout, or go on the Scenic Railway, then say goodbye to the Blue Mountains riding to Parramatta in Sydney NSW. Parramatta has fascinating World Heritage convict sites, enjoy high tea in a beautiful colonial building and taste authentic flavours in historic Parramatta. A journey on the River Cat up the Parramatta River to Sydney, this is a fantastic way to see this city without the traffic hassles. Your view on-board is stunning as you pass of the famous Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Luna Park, and waterside suburbs that most Sydneysiders don't even know exist.

DAY EIGHT:  Parramatta - Burwood 16 kms

Today is the last day of your tour so after breakfast take a ride to Featherdale Wildlife Park at 217 Kildare Rd Doonside NSW 2767 (near Blacktown) before returning your bike or ride into Sydney down to the famous Bondi Beach or ride down to The Rocks on Sydney Harbour for lunch before you return the motorcycle to our EagleRider Sydney (Burwood location) and say goodbye around 4pm.
