We commence our tour in Brisbane, located in the sunshine state of Queensland at the holiday heart of Australia, from where you will board your late model Harley Davidson and ride some of the best roads Queensland has to offer. Heading north to the beautiful Sunshine Coast with twinkling seas fringed by magnificent Queensland beaches and backed by a lush hinterland where every view looks like a postcard, then further afield through exquisite coastal towns like Hervey Bay and Agnes Waters to the stunning tropical Capricorn Coast and then inland to explore the gem fields in surrounding towns with giveaway names like Emerald, Rubyvale and Sapphire. A captivating inland run awaits heading south through the rural Country areas of Roma and Toowoomba before completing your adventure back in Brisbane.

DAY ONE:  Brisbane - Noosa Heads 145 kms

Pick up your motorcycle from EagleRider Brisbane which will be fitted with a pre programmed GPS. Make your way up the coast to Noosa Heads via Eumundi. Experience an alternative lifestyle with many boutique style eateries, galleries & markets (every Wed & Sat). Lots to do & see in this scenic historical town. Overnight stay at the beautiful coastal retreat of Noosa Heads.

DAY TWO:  Noosa Heads - Hervey Bay 193 kms

Today you head to Hervey Bay, which is often referred to as the whale watch capital of the world, we suggest a stop at Maryborough's' original wharf district that has been transformed into heritage style restaurants & pubs. Also take in the museums, galleries, brass bands, steam rides and much more before you arrive in Hervey Bay for your overnight stay.

DAY THREE:  Hervey bay - Agnes Water 282 kms

We suggest detouring through Bundaberg, the home of Australia's famous Bundaberg Rum. Have a taste of the Bundy product & tour the Bundaberg Rum Bond store facility. If a non alcoholic alternative is preferred, try a true Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Enjoy a true brew experience. Hop onboard your bike and make your way to the picturesque coastal town of Agnes Water where you will spend tonight.

DAY FOUR:  Agnes Water - Yeppoon 274 kms

After breakfast its time to get on-board & head off to Yeppoon. Take in the pristine beaches & tropical climate. Make your way to Rockhampton before you head off to Cooberrie Park & meet some of Australia's native animals where there are many great photo opportunities with Koalas & Kangaroos as you wander freely among the wildlife. Make a detour to Emu Park & view Great Keppel Island, a popular tourist spot overlooking Keppel Bay discovered by James Cook in 1770.

DAY FIVE:  Yeppoon - Emerald  322 kms

Time for a change of scenery as you leave the coast & head inland to Emerald, the gateway to the sapphire gem fields, the largest & one of the richest in the southern hemisphere. Visit Fairbairn Dam famous for Red Claw Crayfish. Relax, take a swim or enjoy a range of water sports. A choice of galleries, museums, historical sites & natural attractions await.

DAY SIX:  Emerald - Roma 403 kms

Today you continue your inland journey as you set off to Roma, a thriving community with its relaxed country lifestyle. Enjoy a meal and a drink at one of a number of local establishments. Agriculture features predominantly however there is a range of speciality shops and cafes giving a cosmopolitan feel without losing its country charm. You will spend the night in Roma before heading off to Toowoomba.

DAY SEVEN:  Roma - Toowoomba 354 kms

You can easily make lunch in the picturesque town of Toowoomba after an enjoyable ride along some of country Queensland's best roads. Toowoomba sits at the edge of the Great Dividing Range escarpment and affords breathtaking views of Tabletop Mountain and the Lockyer Valley to the east. Toowoomba is Australia's largest inland city with many local attractions to keep you interested.

DAY EIGHT:  Toowoomba - Brisbane 129 kms
